Gary Desilets
Co-Founder & CEO
Mr. Desilets is a senior executive with over 35 years of successful management and operational experience in project management, supply chain re-engineering, logistics, business development, construction, consulting and IT/Cloud solutions. He is a 27-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve with 14 years actively supporting supply chain/logistics operations around the world. He is the Founder of The Desilets Group, Inc., a Certified SDVOSB specializing in the development and implementation of creative supply/logistics systems and management solutions.
Dr. Steven Tedesco
Co-Founder & COO /CSO
Dr. Tedesco is the Chief Scientific Officer of Energid Energy. He is a senior executive with over 35 years of experience in management, operations, finance, marketing, strategy development and competitive analysis in the coal mining, coalbed methane, shale gas and oil exploration and production, waterflood projects and petroleum exploration and development. He has been involved in the discovery of over 124 million barrels of oil including the Arikaree and Old Homestead fields in Colorado which are currently producing more than 1,500 barrels of oil per day. He is considered an expert in Surface Geochemistry application and has authored the only textbook on Surface Geochemistry in Petroleum Engineering. He is closely affiliated with the American Association of Petroleum Geologists where he is a regular speaker and workshop host. He has published numerous papers and journal articles for the Society of Petroleum Engineers related to coalbed methane, surface geochemistry, and stratigraphy. Dr. Tedesco holds a BA in Geology from Northeastern, an MS in Geology from Southern Illinois, and a Ph.D. in Geology with a minor in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
Alicia Dugan
Co-Founder & Executive Vice President
Ms.Dugan is the Executive Vice President of Energid Energy, Inc. as well as President of E2 Government Solutions, Inc. (a woman/disabled veteran-owned small business). Her portfolio includes business development, project management, corporate & government relations and external affairs. She has over 20 years of experience in government relations/lobby, public policy advocacy and business development. As president of her own public policy firm, Ms. Dugan represented client's policy positions before Congress and regulatory agencies and mobilizing and managing key advocacy stakeholders. Her primary public policy issues are energy and environment. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B. A. in Political Science. She also holds a M.A. from George Mason University in International Transactions. Ms. Dugan also served in the Administration of President George H.W. Bush.
